Our next beginner pickleball clinic will be held on April 27th from 3-5pm at Westleigh Recreation Club. Email us at info@mocopickleball.com to register for this clinic or to be put on our beginner clinic email list for future clinic dates.

Our Pickleball clinics typically involve 16 players and 2 instructors, and are hosted on our beautiful, dedicated, lighted courts at Westleigh Recreation club. These clinics are very affordable ($45) and an excellent, fun way to learn the sport!

We supply all equipment, including paddles and balls - so you just need yourself, some water, and your own personal athletic attire.

There is no need to feel intimidated at our clinics. They are geared toward Beginner and Beginner+ players and, while they are open to experienced players of other sports (e.g. tennis, racquetball, etc.), we group players by skill level to help ensure everyone gets a positive and fruitful experience. While some folks return for multiple clinics, and everyone progresses at their own personal speeds, we find that the majority of beginner attendees leave our clinics empowered to engage in rec play throughout the area.

Our Pickleball clinincs have consistently received rave reviews, and people seem to genuinely love them. As with everything we do at MocoPickleball, the goals are self-improvement and (above all else) FUN!

Note: for folks above the Beginner/Beginner+ level, we find that smaller group lessons of similar skilled players tend to be more productive and, therefore, the recommended forum. That said, in the future we hope to offer occasional "special events" with high level guest instructors. Stay tuned for more information.

Irene L, Silver Spring

I've been playing for about 1.5 years and started lessons with Emer soon after taking up pickleball. I don't have any racquet or paddle sports background but was soon medaling and winning tournaments. As I've competed, her instruction and focus on the soft game and resets have proven true, which isn't surprising given her string of accomplishments. I strongly recommend Emer to anyone wanting to elevate their game.
